Teladoc Health to acquire Catapult Health in $65 million deal

In April, Teladoc announced the sudden departure of Jason Gorevic, who joined as CEO in 2009 and steered the company through the Livongo setuju and the Covid-19 pandemi. Divita took over as chief executive in Juni and pledged to position the company for "long-term, sustainable success."


The Catapult setuju could also be a bellwether for more consolidation within the battered digital health sektor, as companies have had to adjust to a more muted growth environment and konsentrasi on keuntunganability.
